  2. Repayment mortgage
  3. Interest Rate 7% (Conveyed in Euros)*
  4. Loan to value (LTV) 70% - 75%
  5. Repayment period 5 – 25yrs
  6. Life cover compulsory

* Please note:The interest rate may vary during the term of the mortgage. The interest rate quoted is the ECB base rate (currently 4%) plus an extra 3% (maximum chargeable) over base rate = 7% in 2008

Process

  1. Fill in the online contact form or telephone us to discuss your requirements. A specialist adviser will be pleased to talk you through the options available
  2. You will be asked to complete a pre-qualification finance form. This provides the lender with sufficient information about your finances to advise you of the likely hood of obtaining finance.
  3. In most cases a formal "Mortgage Offer in Principle" can be obtained directly from the lender within 7 -10 working days.
  4. If you wish to proceed, you will be sent an application pack and a document requirements checklist.
  5. Once you have returned you application, it will be submitted to the lender and you will be provided with regular updates.
  6. Mortgage completion time is estimated to be around 12 weeks provided lending requirements are met.
  7. Finally, life cover is a compulsory requirement. In some cases an existing plan may be used if it meets the minimum requirements. Our specialist advisers can provide assistance and advice.
