"Having spent a mere 15 minutes at 'Mandalya', there was never any question about my buying an apartment here, simply which one. In fact, I was trying to work out how I could afford both a ground floor (with garden) AND a 2nd floor (with pergola) apartment....!! The setting is fantastic with the backdrop of pine covered hills, the views across to Akbuk Bay, and olive groves around you.

The building looks part of the setting rather than jarring against it, with the textures of hand-carved stone pillars, the use of marble and wood and the generous gardens to the front side and rear of the buildings. Inside is equally stunning; I love the attention to detail, from granite work surfaces, to the light fittings, cornicing and top quality tiling. I sat in the show flat lounge and looked out across the terrace to the sea; then a glimpse through a bedroom door revealed two balconies with views of the mountains - every apartment offers this, due to the passion and design skill of Anne and Besim whose 'baby' this is.

After half an hour I am their greatest fan, mainly due to their integrity and belief that it is vital to provide the best possible holiday/living experience for anyone buying here; ie; the reassurance of safe and solid construction, maximum use of the beautiful surroundings and minimum environmental impact. For them, it is a real matter of pride and reputation. I just can't wait for my bit of this 'experience' to be completed"
